▸ What is Gold Filled?

Gold filled is the next best option to solid gold. It is long-lasting, affordable and hypoallergenic. Gold filled is an actual thick layer of solid gold that is heat-bonded to an inner core of brass. A high-quality jeweler's brass is used for the core and it is hypoallergenic. All our clasps and ear wires will be marked 14/20 GF. At Lolabean, we love the color and look of 14k solid gold so we use 14k gold filled in all our jewelry since it looks the same as solid 14k gold.

▸ Are your gemstones and pearls real?

Yes, they are genuine stones and pearls. Because they are real, some may have natural inclusions. They are all one-of-a-kind, and we do our best to pick the most beautiful ones for your order and discard any that aren’t up to our standards. For any additional questions or concerns about our gemstones and pearls, please feel free to send us a message and we will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours.

▸ What if I receive my order and I don’t love it?

Your happiness is our priority and we want a long-lasting relationship with you! If there is any problem, please email us at  hello@lolabean.com, and we’ll work together to resolve it. You can always return or exchange your order. Please refer to our return & exchange policy for specifics.

▸ Your jewelry looks so dainty. Will it break easily?

Our jewelry is very dainty but sturdy. The chains hold up well. If for any reason your piece needs repair, contact us at  hello@lolabean.com, and we can repair it for you.

▸ How long will it take to receive my order?

▸ Can I customize an order?

Beyond the options listed in our dropdown menus, we offer the option to customize a combination of gemstones on existing styles.

▸ Is there nickel in your jewelry?

No. There is no nickel in any of our jewelry.

▸ What type of shipping should I choose? What if I need my order by a certain date?

Please refer to the <Shipping> section on our policy page to view specific shipping times.

If you need your order by a certain date, please email us at hello@lolabean.com and request a faster production time. You could also upgrade your shipping to Priority or Priority Express for faster postal shipping. Always keep in mind that Priority Express is the only guaranteed delivery service. We only see your comments in the <note to seller> at checkout when we begin making your order so please make sure to send us an additional email at hello@lolabean.com. We'll try our very best to get your order to you by the specified date!

▸ Do you gift wrap?

We take pride in creating beautifully packaged orders. They are packaged the same way whether marked as a gift or not and arrive nice enough to gift someone. Also, each piece of jewelry comes in a jewelry box wrapped in white tissue with either a gift receipt, gift note, or customer receipt displaying the price. At checkout, you can choose the option of a gift receipt by checking <this order is a gift>. You can also leave a gift message for the recipient at checkout.

▸ How do I know what necklace length to order?

The best way to ensure your necklace is the right length is to measure yourself with a string. Please refer to our sizing guide.
